Workshop Policies

Refunds and Cancellations: Cancellations received up to five working days before the seminar are refundable, minus a $25 registration service charge. After that, cancellations are subject to the entire seminar fee, which you may apply toward a future seminar within 12 months of the original event. Please note that if you don’t cancel and don’t attend, you are still responsible for payment. Due to the personalized nature of the assessment tool, substitutions may be made only up to five working days before the seminar.
